Each class follows the tradition of martial arts etiquette, harmony, and inspiration as it once was, hundreds of years ago, but in today's world. You'll learn how to defend yourself from strangers, adults, and bullies. You'll also experience the elegance and dynamics of martial arts techniques, and how they will help to improve your muscle coordination, focus, and balance. Some classes reenact different social situations regarding what to do in practical street situations and other realistic circumstances.
