Big Pandas program iconOur Mind-Body-Spirit martial arts program is a one hour class, designed to inspire your child to want to help others – to feel a positive connection to the people and the world around them. These classes help them to develop their sense of self-worth and self-confidence while giving them a sense of fulfillment and nostalgia by learning martial arts etiquette, and practicing meditation for 2-3 minutes during each class. Physically, your child learns to improve their muscle coordination and balance through positive reinforcement. Some classes reenact different social situations regarding what to do and what not to do when dealing with strangers and while being approached by them.

  • How to act in different social situations regarding strangers.

Martial Arts skills learned:

  • Twenty five basic movements, punches, chops, multiple kicks, free fighting (with full protective equipment), and martial arts forms.
  • How to fall properly, roll out, deflect against attacks.
