Seniors Self Defense Sea Cliff NY

This free safety and self-defense class (age 55+) teaches you low-key martial arts movements and exercises, and some meditation included. Come alone or bring a friend. No experience required. Just come on in. This class covers traditional martial arts techniques, and goes beyond a typical self-defense class after a few months worth of sessions (if you become a student). Grand Master Gene Perceval, the instructor, has been teaching for over fifty seven years.

Event Details:

You get two free sessions. Bring a friend, and you get an extra free session for each new friend you bring. After that, regular tuition applies. You can enter this class during any session you’d like, regardless of your skill level or experience.
